11 weeks & chickenpox

There are good news and bad news, which one would you like to hear first?
What? the good news? oh ok, I'll tell you the good first....
Here it's... Alhamduillah i'm pregnant now
and it's been 11 weeks now. Excited? of course i'm soo excited bout it....even though at first i was scared coz i had bleeding.
With the good news, comes the bad news
At week 11 i get chickenpox and this is my first time. Gosh.... one think that a pregnant woman should avoid is...get the chickenpox specially if you're not immune yet.
How do I know whether i'm immune or not? If you had chickenpox before then you might be immune but if you hadn't (like my case) it's better to take the blood test to find it out.
Well how worry i'm? not worry much about myself....It's my baby that i'm worry more. From what i read, ok maybe i just cut n paste it here:
"if you get chicken pox during the first half of pregnancy, there's a slight risk that your baby will get something called congenital varicella syndrome. This condition is characterized by birth defects, including skin scarring, malformed limbs, an abnormally small head, vision or hearing problems, and motor or mental developmental disabilities. A baby with congenital varicella syndrome may also suffer poor growth in utero."

So you might understand how i feel now
I really want the baby born healthy and without any disabilities.....What I can do now is only praying...hope that the virus do not affect the baby.
Ok another story behind this news
I'm soo grateful with my husband. He has been helping me a lot trough this problem. He even take control doing the laundry, washing dishes, cleaning the house, grocery shopping and not to forget taking care of me....He often said that the most important is my healthy & the baby.
God, how I love him even more.....
Lastly, for woman who wants to be pregnant or want to get married and you haven't got chickenpox before...please don't forget to get chickenpox vaccine first. You can do it at least a month before trying to conceive.
ps: if by any chance you know my family in jkt, please...don't tell them:D coz i don't want they to be worry
